The story behindStar Hometex
Star Hometex or SHT is a young offspring of an established firm Star Wool Corporation, the 20 year old firm founded by my father Late Shri Sushil Mittal. Star Wool Corporation has been supplying premium quality of raw material like Wool Yarn, and its blends. It was my Father’s dream to work in the Handwoven Textile Segment but due to his early demise he couldn’t. Following his footsteps, We trying to fulfil his dream by building a firm where we can not only make these products but also teach people who are in need and provide them employment.

Carrying the old age traditions and techniques, we have woven a tale of beautiful textures, patterns and designs. The story revolves around from where it began to the days of this modern world.
Using looms like pit-loom and panja, we have created diversified designs that not only compliment different interiors but also beautify the al fresco environments. We have inculcated different weaving techniques, used variety of yarn combinations which makes our collection unique.
To provide the best quality products, with an all in-house setup, we have kept multi-level meticulous quality inspections and made these readily available to our clients. Each of our product goes through 25 steps of extensive process to make sure timely and premium quality delivery.
